Practice Emphasis

Cory Chartrand practices in the areas of general business litigation, including real estate and employment litigation, and personal injury.  Cory has extensive experience in jury trials, contractual mediations, and arbitrations.

Education

Cory graduated from Brigham Young University at Provo, Utah, in 1990 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations.  He then attended the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, Sacramento, and became licensed with the State Bar of California in 1993.  While at McGeorge, Cory was a member of the International Moot Court Honors Board and the Jessup International Moot Court Competition Team.  Cory also studied a year at the University of Salzburg, Austria Institute on International Legal Studies, and he is fluent in German.
