Richard practices in the areas of estate planning, real and personal property, probate, business law, business entity formation and dissolution.  He has been licensed by the State Bar of California since 1975.

Education

Richard graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 1970 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration.  He then attended the University of Oklahoma School of Law in 1972.  He then became licensed to practice law by the State Bar of California in 1975.  Mr. Frampton is a veteran of the U.S. Air Force (1973 – 1977) being honorably discharged at the rank of Captain in the Judge Advocate General Corp.
